What was the strangest situation you've ever been involved with while umpiring?

​

I had to eject a section of parents for misbehaving during a 13U game at HCC.

Do you have a goal that you are hoping to achieve this year?

​

"Yes, to be able to notice the bats that are illegal without looking at my cheat sheet."

What's the best advice you would give to a new umpire?

​

"Ask questions of your fellow umpire(s) about situations that happen during the game that you may not be sure about."
